If you order a complete bike, it will be shipped via UPS. Please note that we cannot ship complete bikes to PO boxes. Any additional items will be shipped via USPS (as long as they fall within postal size limits).

We ship internationally with USPS.
The full value of the winning item will be declared on the customs forms. The shipping price is not included in the declared value on the forms. You may be responsible for taxes, customs charges or brokerage fees when your item enters your country. Unfortunately as these charges are levied after we ship the item, we have no control over them.

For non-defective items: we accept returns as long as the item is in new condition. Once we receive the item, you will be refunded your original purchase price minus your shipping charges.
For defective items: we offer a 30-day warranty on all of our products, unless the auction description states "As is, no warranty." Your item will be replaced, repaired, or refunded at our discretion. We do not accept returns for items sold "As is, no warranty."
Not every item we sell includes the manufacturer's warranty. If this is the case, we will state this clearly in the item description.
