3. Defective item must be returned no later than 7 days after you receive it. You will no be charged any additional shipping and handling fees for replacement shipments.

5. An order consists of part / lipo / heli combo kit will be shipped out within 3-9 working days after we receive your payment. An order with an assembled, RTF heli will be shipped within 5 - 15 working days (depending on workload) after payment. We work 5 days per week. No further notification will be sent to buyers.
6. Please email us if you cannot receive any email regarding your order after 15 days of your payment and we will investigate it.
7. Please email us if you cannot receive the item 15 days after you payment and we will investigate it.
8. For items with more than one options of transmitters or receivers, the transmitters or receivers we provide will depend on our stock level.
