Guarantee:  All our DVDs are GUARANTEED to work or we will exchange them free of charge!

Payment:  All items must be paid for within 10 days of the auction's close.  We accept payments via Paypal, Money Order, or Personal Checks (which have to clear before your item can ship).

Shipping Time:  We ship most items out within 24 hrs of payment being received!  From there it can usually take anywhere from 2-7 business days to arrive (usually towards the shorter end).  We try our absolute best to get your DVD to your door as soon as possible!

Shipping, Handling, and Insurance: Each item ships for the amount stated below with $1.35 optional insurance (for up to $50). Since our items start at 1 cent each, we do not combine shipping and handling for multiple orders (please keep this in mind before bidding).

International Shipping:  We ship our DVDs all over the world - the rates are posted in each auction for shipping to any country on earth!  Shipping times will be longer when shipping outside of the USA.

Combined Shipping:  Since all our items start at 1 cent we do not combine shipping for multiple wins, please keep this in mind before buying multiple items.  The reason is to keep the total price the same for all bidders whether they have won one or multiple items!
