This is the convertible Schneider-Kreuznach Sinar Symmar 210mm f5.6 370mm f12 lens

The lens serial number is 8816072 and the Synchro-Compur shutter serial number is A598907

The lens is complete with the front and rear caps and the retaining ring

The lens is sold As-Is as the shutter sticks open 10 and below

The rear element does have some light haze in it though you have to look for it
