To ensure safe and secure residential delivery and due to this scooter's size and weight, we have established a flat rate shipment program exclusively FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery. We currently ship to the Continental US 48 states and Puerto Rico. Our shipping and handling fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item, shipping destination, packaging materials, and the cost of processing labor. Our preferred shipping carriers: - For Residential and Commercial deliveries over 2 lbs., we typically ship via FedEx Home Delivery or Ground Delivery Service.
- For items under 2 lbs. we typically ship via USPS Priority Mail.
- We can not support shipment to P.O. or APO Boxes.
- We require insurance on items with a winning bid over $100. In-transit insurance for items under $100.00 is incorporated into the freight cost. Insurance will also be required on pottery, glass, china, jewelry and most high value electronic items. A signature will be required for items with a winning bid over $250.
- Merchandise will ship 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Item arrives DOA: We guarantee all our items to be in working condition upon arrival to the ship-to point of the order per the item description in the auction. If an item shows up and does not work, we will provide you with a full refund (including S&H) as long as you do the following: - Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA), and
- Re-Pack the item so we can arrange for FedEx to pick-up the item to return to us.
- Upon confirmation of the serial number or security mark and that the unit is DOA after receipt at our national processing centers, we will issue an immediate full refund.
2. Item has a small problem: (Example: the mute button does not work on the remote.) While we complete a thorough condition test of every item we sell, we are not the owner of any item, and therefore we may not be familiar with or able to test every possible function, accessory, or feature. Also, product failures may occur due to shipping. We do our best to list and photograph every item accurately. Because of this, our auctions are sold AS-IS. Still, we want you to be happy with your transaction with us. In this case, we can discuss a partial credit for the cost of the repair or replacement part, of we will refund the full amount of your winning bid (Shipping and Handling not included) as long as you do the following: - Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to advise of the product problem, and/or obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA), and

3. I changed my mind, now that I see the item, I don't want it anymore: That's OK! We want you to feel comfortable trying our items we have for sale. You can return your item for any reason for the full amount of your winning bid (Shipping and Handling not included) as long as you do the following: - Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA), and
- Return the item to us, in the same condition as you received it, within 7 days after we issue the RMA.
- Upon confirmation that the item is in good condition, we will issue an immediate refund of your winning bid amount.
