Scottish Clan of MACLAINE OF LOCHBUIE

We are pleased to offer this original antique Lithograph of the Tartan Plaid for the Scottish Clan of MACLAINE of LOCHBUIE It was removed from the book entitled, The Scottish Clans and Their Tartans, published in 1890 by W. & A.K. Johnston, Limited, Edinburgh and London.

The full-sheet size including border is 5-1/4" x 8-1/8". The printed area including the the title is 4" x 6-1/4". This litho is printed on medium-weight, highly durable, rag linen paper.

It's in excellent condition with some possible light tanning in the margin area, being indicative of its age. It has no tears, edge chips, creases, or soiling. Please note the true colors and the internet colors may vary slightly. The true colors will be dark, primary colors, not pastel as they "may" appear in the photo.

This litho is guaranteed to be original and ideally suited for framing. Included free with your purchase will be a new 8"x10" acid-free framing matt, in one of four colors - navy blue, forest green, red, or white. Also included with your purchase will be a photocopied sheet of "Historical Notes concerning the Clan" and a color photocopy of a "16th Century map of Scotland, Divided into Clans" - both from the same book.

This LITHO is original - other accompaniments are photocopies.

Will be safely packaged with sturdy backing to ensure safe transit.
