Note: I am not sure how this Frank Gasparro is related to the other Frank Gasparro (born 1909 died, 2001), who is known in numismatics as the tenth Chief Engraver of the United States Mint, who also was born in Philadelphia. He designed the Susan B. Anthony dollar, the Eisenhower Dollar, the Lincoln Memorial reverse of the cent (minted from 1959 to 2008), and the reverse of the Kennedy half dollar. The engraver's father was a professional violinist. I purchased this scrapbook from an antiques dealer here in Pennsylvania. Condition: No library or institution markings. Numerous pages are detached from the binding, but are present. The scrapbook's pages are chipped. The paper and items are clean, with No dampstains or foxing. The looseleaf newspaper pages have some separations to the folds.
