This A02743 Connecting Rod and Cylinder Kit is an original equipment replacement part and is designed to fit many model Twin Cylinder Oil-Free air compressors including DeVilbiss, Porter Cable, Sears, DeWalt, Snap On, Ex-Cell, Air America, Charge Air Pro, Grainger, and many other private label air compressors and is a direct replacement OEM part.

This A02743 Connecting Rod and Cylinder Kit fits the ACG-4000, ACG-4000-1, AC-0051, AC-0051-1 and other twin cylinder pumps made by DeVilbiss and

Dewalt.

This is the new style connecting rod and cylinder kit and will allow you to replace just the cylinder and piston ring in the future part number K-0650.

The proper connecting rod and cylinder kit must be used for the correct model number Air Compressor otherwise the unit may not operate properly or damage may occur.

Follow the proper instructions when replacing Connecting Rod Kits and always make sure the compression factor is equal on both cylinders and your twin cylinder compressor in running equal compression.

This mean if you only repair one side you may cause your compressor to be unequal in the compression factor.

You should at least replace the Cylinder Sleeve and piston Ring on the opposing cylinder part number K-0650 listed in our store and combine shipping on the two items for a complete repair of your twin cylinder air compressor pump.
