Elliptical exercise glider, It has a display that keeps track of distance, time, calories. There is a round knob that you can use to increase the resistance and intensify the workout. It is a bit dusty but works well. I just want to see someone get some use out of the item. It also has a plastic tray area if you want to hold a book on the front while you work out as well as a cup holder. There is a set of handles that need two screws to reattach it. I have no reserve on it. Feel free to ask more questions. I wouldn't say this is a compact size if your looking for something small but it is a smooth glider and comfortable to use. I purchased the item new from Sears several years ago. This item is for local pick up only.
