Shipping and Return Policies on DVD Movies, CD’s, Software & Games
All of our products are Region 1, NTSC Shipping & Returns There is a minimum 10% restocking fee on all returned items. You must notify us within 7 days from delivery date to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). All returns must be accompanied by the original packaging, booklets and/or pamphlets, etc. in new condition and free of any markings or damage. Shipping is NON-refundable. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine if the product ordered is compatible with his/her DVD player or computer prior to purchase. Opened Items, Activations, & Rebates Opened items can only be exchanged for the exact same item. For any software that required activation, we can only send a replacement once we have received the "defective" item. You cannot return items that you have already submitted rebates on - all forms and Proof of Purchase materials must be returned along with the UPC bar code and/or peel off rebate sticker intact on the box as it was originally shipped to you. The product must not have been registered or activated. How to Return a Product Please contact us through this website’s email system or at support@megadirectstore.com to request a return authorization number (RMA). This number must appear on the outside of the packaging. Please include a copy of the invoice receipt or write the invoice information on a piece of paper, including the order#, purchase date, description of item, name, address, phone number, RMA number, and please state why you are returning the item. Also write the RMA number on the outside of the packaging so that our shipping & receiving department will not reject it. Please Note: the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. You can take your return to an authorized facility such as a Post Office or a UPS facility. The item you're returning must be shipped in a padded and secure packaging to prevent damage while in transit to us. If the customer selects to ship the product back in which the product is smashed, damaged, and not resalable due to the type of packaging used, Mega Direct Store will not be held responsible for crediting the customer for the return. Processing your Credit or Exchange Please allow 5 to 7 days for your return to arrive at our Returns Department, delivery times vary based on the shipper selected. Your return is usually processed within 2-3 days after receipt of the item. Depending on the applicable policies above, you can request either a credit or a replacement when you return your product. If you request a credit, your original method of payment will be credited as soon as possible. If you request a replacement product, your replacement order will be shipped to you as soon as your return is processed and approved. We do not ship your replacement order before we receive your return (cross-ship). If you need a replacement sooner than the timeline outlined above, please place a new order, independent of the returns process.
