Our products are NEW.

Most of our products are Brand New and purchased directly from Distributors. Occasionally, we also sell products purchased on Closeout and Inventory liquidations. Unless specifically stated to the contrary, all products are NEW.

Shipping

We combine shipping!

The buyer pays shipping charges. Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of all purchases within one invoice. Purchases made within 7 days can be combined within one invoice when paid with one payment. Each payment is treated as a separate invoice with shipping charges.

Our shipping charges are all-inclusive. We do not charge additional fees for handling or packaging.

All US parcels include Delivery Confirmation. This service is not currently available for International Orders.

Standard Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Most parcels will ship from our facilities within three business days (excluding holidays and weekends.) We will send you an email with shipping details when your order is shipped. All US Parcels are shipped with Delivery Confirmation and can be tracked on-line. International tracking is very limited through the US Postal Service.

Standard shipping for US shipments is First Class mail. International shipments ship by International First Class. Heavier parcels may need to be shipped by Priority Mail. US customers will usually receive packages within one to two weeks. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO may take longer. International deliveries will often take two weeks or more. Delays may occur in customs. We cannot track an International parcel until it has been shipped for at least 30 days. Insurance claims cannot be filed for 30 days for US parcels--45 for International parcels.
