These are very cute toddler boys shoes by See Kai Run. They are the "Boden" style and they are new in the box. The size is 7, and they are leather. They are so soft and flexible which makes them great toddler shoes. They are light blue with red and navy trim.  The laces are for looks, not to be tied.  Thanks
