Delivery: 

We package your item up as securely as we can to ensure safe delivery of your product.  We offer 4 different kinds of delivery options.  They are 

(1) curbside (Truck-to-Ground - {Free Shipping - Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service} where we set the safe at the curb for you to move inside your own place), (2) inside placement (Truck-to-Ground With Inside Placement {Expedited Flat Rate Shipping Service} - where we set the safe over the door threshold for you to move to the room that you want it at), (3) white glove delivery (Full Service White Glove -{Other (see description)}where we actually move your safe to where you want it and unpack it for you), (4) dock to dock (Dock-To-Dock - that is... if your business has a shipping dock - Please contact us if you have a shipping dock). 

Important:  Please make sure that you pick the delivery choice that works best for you.

Delivery Summary:

(1) Truck-to-Ground: {Free Shipping}  Sentry's LTL carrier will deliver and unload to curbside by liftgate or man lift.

(2) Truck-to-Ground With Inside Placement: {Expedited Flat Rate Shipping Service}  Sentry's LTL carrier will deliver and unload to curbside by liftgate or man lift and deliver to inside location just over threshold.  Carrier will not deliver to room of choice, go up stairs, unpack or remove pallet and dunnage.

(3) Full Service White Glove: {Other (see description)} Sentry's full service carrier will move product from trailer to ground by liftgate, move safe inside to designated room, unpack and locate safe.  Removal/movement of doors, railings, furniture or any movements which could damage product or property are NOT included.  Service includes up to two (2) flights of stairs, 10 steps per flight.

(4) Dock-To-Dock:  Business-to-business sales with delivery to a dock with appropriate dock plates.  LTL carrier backs to customer dock. Customer is responsible for off-loading product, locating safe, unpacking, pallet and dunnage removal.

We must have your phone number in order for our carrier to arrange shipment to you.  Please put your number in the notes section when you order to avoid delays in shipping.

We can only ship to the lower 48 states.
