As you can see, this early revision of the Prophet 5 is in amazing condition for its age. Those of you in the "know" are aware that this is the most desired version as it has the same phat sound as the rev 1, but is more stable. It uses the SSM chip set not the CEM chip set that the Revision 3, that's why they sound better. The only issues are that someone has wrapped electrical tape at the base of the power chord, an easy thing to fix, just something that I didn't do. And there's a scuff (you hardly feel it when you run your finger over it) on the right side, however, a little stain could hide it well. These things never bothered me. The metal face and printing is all there and in excellent condition. Good luck finding a cleaner revision 2. It comes with and will ship with a black (anvil type) FLIGHT CASE. Sold as is due to its age. These are very rare so don't let it pass you by. Because this is not an antique, I would recommend having a tech go through it after shipping as they are fragile. The serial number is 0721. I deducted %500 from the price because I feel that the P5 could use a good going through from a tech. Some of the functions are intermittent. A $500 service would turn this thing into a total champ as well as fix the power cable and stain the scuff. Good luck!!
