- Most packages are shipped within 2 business days of payment. Large statuary can take up to 5 business days to ship.

We have a 10 day return policy on all normally stocked merchandise:
- All sales are final after 10 days. Please contact us immediately if you wish to return something.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless a mistake was made on our part -- then we will send you a return label.
- If product is determined to be tampered with or misused, no exchange/refund will be issued.
- Specially ordered items, large statuary and fountains are non returnable. They are available for exchange.
We guarantee that all of our products are new and will arrive in perfect condition -- just as described. We do our best to ensure that we carry wonderful and useful home and garden products for traditional, transitional, and contemporary styles.
