Processing Details

  • Buyer is responsible for shipping charges.

  • These units are shipped via truck, you will need to include your phone number on your order so that we can set up a delivery time.

Shipping Damage
If your purchase has been obviously damaged during shipping, you should refuse the shipment. The carrier will return the product to us and a replacement will be shipped, if available. If no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund. If shipping damage is not apparent until after the driver leaves, please contact us immediately.  After initiating the claim, we will issue a replacement if available. If no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund.

We do NOT allow customer pickups for this item. 


This product is covered by a 30 day exchange warranty. In the event your item is defective the buyer must contact us within 30 days of purchase date.  We will exchange the unit if we have another in stock or offer a comparable unit for exchange.  If we do not have any units to exchange a refund will be given.
