If you do not pay for the auction in 7 days we will file with Ebay to collect our fees. As a buyer you should not let this happen because Ebay has strict policies about non-paying bidders. We also reserve the right to charge a 20% or $5 restocking fee (whichever is greater) for ANY cancelled auction. If we collect the 20% restocking fee we will not file a claim with Ebay.

Note that shipping cost can range in cost depending on the item and your location relative to our warehouse. The difference between our listed Shipping & Handling Cost and the Actual shipping cost is considered to be our Handling Fee. This is a fixed fee and cannot be changed. This fee also includes all Paypal and Ebay listing fees.

We use UPS, FEDEX, and USPS to anywhere in the continental 48 US States! The shipping method is determined by the product purchased. All orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days (except holidays). No PO Boxes please.  Internatonal customers: Please contact us for a shipping quote PRIOR to bidding or using the buy it now.  We will ship anywhere in the world at your expense.

Your item(s) will be mailed within 7-10 business days.
Please note, this item maybe discontinued at anytime with out notice and a substitute of equal or greater quality or value will be sent as a replacement.  Replacement item may not be the same brand or model.  Contact us prior to purchasing with any questions.  Newer models come out so fast it’s hard to keep our listings updated. Item may sell out before this auction closes. If this should happen payment will be refunded in full and you will be notified ASAP. Some items maybe on back-order and therefore may not be shipped with in the 7-10 business days but will be shipped as soon as the item is off back order. You also agree not to hold us liable for any delays in shipping. We cannot control the shipping carriers once it leaves our warehouse. We are also not responsible for lost or damaged items. Unless you choose to pay the additional cost for optional insurance coverage on the shipping, the lost or damaged product is yours to keep. No replacements or returns.

Customer Service

Please use the "Contact Seller" link for all questions. We are not set up with a large phone bank; therefore, the majority of our customer service is handled through e-mail. Please reference your Ebay item number when you contact us. Due to the large amount of fake/fraud Emails related to Ebay and Paypal this is the only method of customer service at this time. This is for our protection as well at our buyers. Thank you.  

3-Day Exchange or Refund Policy:

1) Prior to any exchange or refund you must contact us for authorization. Please use the "Contact Seller" link for authorization prior to returning and must be with in 3-days.

2) Regardless of the issue, the item must be returned to us at the buyers shipping expense. Only the Auction price or Buy It Now price is refundable. You pay the shipping cost listed and if the item needs to be returned, the return shipping is also your responsibility. If we receive an item without prior authorization we will not process the claim.

3) The item must be in re-sellable condition (Brand New) to receive a refund of your purchase price. The item must be return with installation/instruction manual, box/packaging, and screws and never opened or installed to receive a refund. Items must not have been installed, wired in, hooked up or used. Sorry the Shipping cost is not refundable.

IF ITEM IS DAMAGED:

4) Upon inspection and testing of the item a replacement will be sent out at our expense or refund will be granted. If item is found not to be defective there will be a 20% restocking fee or $5 whichever is greater.

This warranty applies only to products purchased by the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Any warranty claims after the 7-day refund/exchange policy must be handled directory through the manufacturer and their warranty. Extreme Security’s warranty does not apply to products that have been abused, misused, modified or repaired by anyone. Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Extreme Security reserves the right as final authority on whether the products should be exchanged or replaced. Extreme Security makes no other warranty and no implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Extreme Security’s maximum liability hereunder is limited to the purchase price of the products. In no event shall Extreme Security be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental or special damages of any nature arising from the sale of the product.

Extreme Security is a full service residential and commercial security business however, we do not have to resources to provide technical support on the installation or programming of equipment purchased from Extreme Security. In the event Extreme Security offers advice or provides any installation/ Tech support, Extreme Security cannot be held liable for the accuracy of that information. We may not have a clear understanding of your particular system, or installed devices, installer codes, types of systems etc. to provide clear accurate tech support. Extreme Security also cannot be held liable in the event a product does not perform, as it is intended to or a manufactures defect or installation. Extreme Security is not liable for any damages any products or Tech Support given by us may cause to your system, other devices, and your property. You agree to read the instruction and understand you install these products at YOUR OWN RISK. We advise seeking a professional for installation.
