Payment & Feedback:
* Payment is to be made within 2 days of sale, Paypal preferred.
* Money order payments are accepted but please email us so that payment instructions can be sent.
* Positive feedback is left for buyers at the time payment is made/cleared and we appreciate positive feedback being left for us when you receive your purchase. Remember that feedback does make an impact and should not be abused. Neutral and Negative feedback should be left only if an issue has not been resolved through communication between the buyer and seller.

General Shipping:
* Paid purchases will ship within 24 hours, most go same day, unless weekend/holiday. If you would like your item shipped priority mail, but it is not an option on the item, please contact the seller before paying. There is an additional shipping fee for this service.
* Items are packaged with quality products and care. We appreciate the fact that you are spending your money and try our best to ensure the items safe arrival.
* All buyers receive a shipping notification via email and the information regarding expected delivery times etc is left for the buyer to view.

International Buyers:
* We gladly ship worldwide on most items. Buyers are responsible for any customs charges that may apply. You will find a dropbox at the bottom of the listing where you can choose the Country and it will show you the shipping charges. If that option is not available please contact seller for a shipping quote.
* Note that at this time tracking #'s are not provided for items sent International First Class through USPS. Only priority shipped items will have the standard tracking. Customs # is provided and can be used to verifty date/time of shipping. |
Return Policy:
* We understand things can happen during shipping. Returns are accepted as per the specified time limit listed on each item description. Please email within that time period to start the return process.
