SHIPPING POLICY:

in order to simplify shipping, my shipping is flat rate. that means someone in Alaska pays the same for shipping as someone in Texas. this means some people will pay more than the actual shipping costs, and some people will pay less than the actual shipping costs. i do not refund the difference. shipping is spelled out in detail. so if you think the shipping is too high, please don't purchase this item.

COMBINED SHIPPING:

when items are paid for together, shipping should automatically combine, with each additional purchase of equal or lesser shipping as just $4 for the shipping with the exclusion of tractor seats and a couple of other items.

all items must be paid for together to receive full discount, because paypal charges me a fee for each transaction.

SHIPPING TIME:

from time of payment until time of shipping is less than 2 business days.

business days do not include weekends or holidays.

if priority shipping is purchased, then shipping time is 2 to 3 business days. actual time to receive item: 4 to 8 calendar days.

if standard shipping is purchased, then shipping time is 7 to 10 business days. actual time to receive item: 4 to 16 calendar days.

if priority international shipping is purchased, then shipping time is 10 to 15 business days. actual time to receive item: 14 to 21 calendar days.

if standard international shipping is purchased, then shipping time is 15 to 45 business days. actual time to receive item: 14 to 60 calendar days.

if you pay thru paypal using your checking account (echeck) it takes about 4 business days for your payment to clear paypal.

your item will not ship until payment clears.

HANDLING:

handling charges cover each time an item is handled. this includes: when i buy the item; carry it to my truck; gas to drive home; unload and carry it to the paint shed; painting or cleaning; packaging; packaging materials; gas to go get packaging materials; printer ink and paper; gas to haul it to be shipped; and most of all my time.
