Up for auction we are offering a set of 3 Precious Moment Figurines by Enesco.  These do not have their original box.  Brand new figurines used as in-store display  only.   There may be some minor cosmetic blemishes on bottom etc.. but these are brand new.

We are not responsible for and cannot be held liable for any damages to the merchandise after it leaves our warehouse. Items must be inspected at the time of delivery for any damage that may have occurred in transit. The driver and/or shipping company must be made aware of the damage at the time of delivery and a claim should be filed with the shipping company. This is the purchasers responsibility. Upon request, pictures will be provided to the buyer to document the condition of the item as it was when it left our warehouse. Due to the nature of our Larger items, we cannot ship them via UPS Ground Service. Either the item must be picked up at our warehouse in Falconer NY (Handling Fees may apply), or arrangements must be made for alternate shipping and handling services.
