Payment or pickup must be completed within seven (7) days of auction close. Unpaid or not picked up auctions will be forfeited after seven (7) days, and a non-payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.

Any auction in which you win and decide not to complete for whatever reason requires a $12 processing fee.

If you wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, you must notify us in advance, and the closing dates from the first auction to the last auction have to be within seven (7) days of each other.

We will process and ship your order within 5 business days after confirmation of your payment.
We are not open Saturday or Sunday. Tracking information will be e-mailed to you when it becomes available.
If you checked out and gave no e-mail there will be no tracking information sent.

If you check-out Monday through Friday, we will do our best to process your order the next business day.
If you check-out on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, we will process your order on Monday, or the next business day.
Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and holidays.

If you pay with PayPal and your address is UNCONFIRMED or ineligible for PayPal Protection, there will be a 14 DAY CLEARANCE PERIOD for the payment to clear. It may say Verified, but that’s only telling you that you are recognized by PAYPAL. If I ship it to this address, PayPal will not cover us with the Protection Policy Coverage. Our policy is to protect both of us.

If your credit card was lost or stolen, and the thief logged in and made the payment then asked it to be shipped to a different address (an unconfirmed address) and I shipped it without waiting the period stated, you would soon see the error on your credit card statement and cancel it, and I would be out the money AND the item. Not GOOD for ME. Therefore, we wait to confirm that it is real, true and good. Please, if you don't feel good with this, PLEASE DO NOT BID. I will not take it personally.

We will gladly accept return of the goods only if they are not exactly as described in this listing. Return requests are accepted within 3 days from the time you receive the item. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item, or a refund will not be granted. The item must be shipped to us within 7 days of receiving refund approval. The goods are inspected to ensure ownership, and a refund will be provided. The item must be in the manufacturer's original packaging, in original condition, and include all packaging material. If a refund is desired, we will refund your full purchase minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs back to us will be the buyer's responsibility. Shipping is non-refundable.
