Returns:
I make every attempt to only carry the highest quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund, please e-mail me at info@weddingdaythemesanddreams.com prior to returning your items.

Please return items in their original form and packaging within 14 days of receipt. Once your returned items are received I will then issue a refund of your payment (shipping costs excluded).

Refunds are issued in the same method as the original purchase payment.

Please note that personalized items may not be returned.

Damaged Items:
All items are carefully packaged by the manufacturer. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact me for further instructions. I will have the manufacturer send you a replacement or I will issue a credit.

All orders that are received damaged or short must be claimed within 3 days of receiving the merchandise in order to receive a replacement or refund.
