Declared Value for ALL orders required to clear customs will be the Sum of your winning bids (shipping is not included in the declared value). All sales will be declared as "Retail Sale". Falsifying Customs Documents is a crime punishable by up to 1 year in jail and a $40,000 fine. Please do not ask us to declare as "gift" or "warranty". You are responsible to pay all taxes and brokerage fees, which will be collected at delivery. Canada Post normally charges about a $5.00 brokerage fee on orders with a value over $20.00 CAN. On orders under $20.00 CAN, frequently they do not collect tax or brokerage fees.

Complete bikes ship to Canada Via UPS, all other items that fit within Postal Size limits ship via USPS Air Mail / Canada Post.

When we Ship

We ship orders the business day following receipt of payment. We prefer to ship via UPS to the contiguous 48 states. If it is not convenient for you to receive UPS delivery at home, we will be happy to ship it to your work address.

Out of Stock

If due to our error we are out of stock on an item listed, we will with your approval, substitue a similar like or better quality item. If a sutible substitue is not available in our inventory, we will refund your entire purchase price (via your original payment method) plus send an additional $5.00 to you via Paypal.

We respect your privacy. We do not sell or share the name, address, phone number, email address, or any other information about our customers with any other organization without your consent. The only information we share is what is posted in the Feedback Forum.

Combined Shipping:

We will combine shipping on multiple auction items. The total combined shipping charge will be the highest of the individual "Single Item" shipping charges plus the "Additional Item" charge for each of the other items. Will Call:

Yes, you can come and pick up your item to eliminate shipping charges (unless the description says will call not available on this item). Our warehouse is in LAKEVILLE MN. Please email us for directions and hours. We have a Warehouse showroom and our Store Hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday.

Returns:

For non defective items, will accept returns in New condition. We must be able to resell the item as new. Shipping charges are not refundable.

For defective items, we warranty everything we sell for 30 days,unless the auction description states "As is no warranty". Please email us, we will replace, repair or refund at our discretion.

Time In Transit:

We ship UPS Ground orders the day following receipt of payment. You can view the UPS time in transit map (business days, not including weekends) by clicking here. Due to the arrangement we have with our local post office, postal orders may not postmark for one additional day. (She is doing us a big favor, so we do not complain, the alternative is to do like other sellers and refuse to ship postal) All domestic postal orders are shipped Priority Mail, international orders are shipped Air Mail. We see Priority Mail typically take 3-5 days, Air Mail to Canada runs 4-14 days.
