Set of 9 Vintage Soda Fountain Bar Swivel Stools

 Here is a rare find.  This is a complete set of 9 vintage soda fountain bar stools, all matching and all in very nice condition.  The upholstery is in excellent condition.  It appears to be original, but in my opinion, it is too nice to be 50+ years old without any tears or wear.  Perhaps they were restored at some time since they were used commercially. 

The bases are complete with the bottom chrome sleeves and base to bolt directly to the floor.  The chrome could use a good cleaning, polishing or perhaps rechroming if someone is looking for perfection.  In my opinion, the great original condition and patina are what make this set so nice.  They look old and would look fabulous with a little elbow grease.

The actual seats are 14 inches across.  Total height, fully assembled, is 23 inches. 

The original manufacturer's tickets are still under the seats.  They were manufactured by the L&B Products Group, Stottsville, NY.  I would estimate these to be post deco, probably 1940s-1950s vintage.  They're a great find if you're looking to recreate a vintage, original soda fountain or bar look. 

I am starting these at a reasonable $450 for the entire set.  That's just $50 per stool.  I will not break these up and will only sell as a complete lot.  Local buyer preferred for pickup in NJ or PA.  Presently, these are in storage in Brigantine, NJ 08203, just 2 minutes from the Borgata Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City.  If purchased and prepaid, I can deliver to the Philadelphia suburbs if that is more convenient for buyer.  My parents own the Ardmart Antiques & Collectibles Mall in Drexel Hill, PA 19026, 25 minutes west of Center City, Philadelphia and a friend operates a Gameroom Shop with home arcade machines in Chadds Ford, PA 19317, near the PA / Wilmington Delaware border off of 95.  Arrangements can be made for pickup at either of these locations for no additional charge. I can also crate and ship these using NAVL or through a freight shipper of your choice.  I am estimating shipping at $300 for the entire lot as eBay requires a shipping amount.  This is an estimate only and actual shipping may be more or less, depending on details and location.  I will NOT mark up shipping and will assist in obtaining the best possible rate for shipping to be paid directly by buyer.
