Dear Ebay Friend,

The resturant industry is littered with waste, many restaurants failed because of it and many others lost money too. If they would eliminate it their profitability would increase subtantially. The waste I am most interested to point out here is the "dipping well malaice ". Almost all of the cities health departments in the USA require a continuous water fed container where to store the scoops used to serve ice-cream from the dipping cabinet to the cone or the cup. That well cost establishments a small fortune unnecessarily. The reason for it I suppose is the prevention of using the scoop that was just used to serve chocolate in the vanilla and smear the brown on to the white and the same for strawberry and any other flavor. The water wasted yearly is thousands of gallons and literally many thousands of dollars. The solution is simple, use one serving tool per flavor and leave it in the bucket rather than serve many flavors with the same tool. I tried in this offering to show visually how attractive, colorful and easy it is to solve a big problem in such a great and simple way.
