All orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days unless otherwise indicated. Due to certain circumstances there may be times where delays occur. We do not guarantee an exact delivery date. There is no shipping on Sunday. Orders placed during the weekend and national holidays are usually shipped the next business day.

General Return Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may return a product within 7 days of receiving it. The customer is responsible for returning the product in its original package including all the accessories and for all freight charges. Please maintain the shipping receipt for your records. Refund notifications will be sent via e-mail once the returned item has been received and processed. We reserve the rights to inspect all returned packages.
