Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.

• Defective case over 7 days of receipt but in the product's guarantee period: In the unlikely event that the item is defective (not by man-made or in-proper use) over 7 days of receipt but in the product's guarantee period, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc..
