~ Taking centerstage...a gorgeous, vintage '40s decorative bowl with an elegant 18 k gold scallopped edge, and the most breathtaking shabbiest roses in pink and red! Such a treasure to keep in your favorite curio, or proudly display on a dresser, or boudoir!
~ I purchased this exquisite vintage china bowl several years ago while shopping for cracks, and only has a teensie li'l chip underneath the bowl under the 'lip' (see photo for details), otherwise it's hardly noticeable! This rare find looked like it was well taken care of considering it is a very old piece.
~ I just love the gold detail on the scallopped edges of the bowl, and the irresistible rose clusters display inside the bowl. And of course, you won't be able to use them in a microwave because of the gold design. Perhaps you like tto toss some of your favorite potpourri in it, or put a handful of crushed lavender buds inside the bowl for decorative purposes!
~ BOWL MEASUREMENTS: 7" to 7 1/2" in diameter, and approx. 2 1/2" in. deep.
