Cin-C-Bay wants to make sure that all of our customers are happy with their purchases. If there is a problem with the item that was not described in the original listing then Cin-C-Bay will issue a refund for your purchase price. If the item was damaged during shipping we will work with you and the shipper for a smooth resolution.
Cin-C-Bay will only refund shipping cost if we committed an error in the listing. There will not be a shipping refund available for buyers who failed to fully read or understand the auction.
In order to obtain your refund you will need to contact Cin-C-Bay within 10 days of the shipping date. Then you will need to promptly ship the item back to Cin-C-Bay at 3870 A Paxton Ave Cincinnati, OH 45209 for inspection. Cin-C-Bay will not reimburse packaging costs and Cin-C-Bay will not reimburse for items damaged during return shipping due to lack of packaging.
After Cin-C-Bay has promptly inspected your item we will issue your refund for the purchase price of your item. Items that are not returned in the same condition as when they were shipped will be returned to the buyer.
We cannot accept ANY returns for International shipments. All international purchases are purchased on an "AS IS" basis. |
