ebay. We ask that you understand that some things are not in our
control such as shipping, however, we will work with you to resolve
whatever issues might be present to ensure that you have a pleasant
experience with us.
Communication
We strive to answer every e-mail and question as fast as
possible. We are always on call and you will receive an e-mail back
almost immediately.We strive for excellence!
Shipping
• We stock all of our items. No third party shipper.
• Items cannot be shipped outside of the United States.
• Items are usually shipped 1-2 business days after payment has been cleared.
• Due to credit card regulations, we only ship to a verified address on the credit card account.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes.
• After shipping is arranged an order tracking number will be provided to you for your convenience.
Pick-Up Customers
We welcome anyone who is local and wants to pick up. Please add an
additional $5.00 at checkout for our handling fee. All Pick-Up
customers who have not pre-paid electronically will be charged 7%
Florida sales tax when they pay at our facility.
Pick-Ups can be arranged from 9:00am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday only.
Please contact us to schedule a pick up time within this timeframe.
Insurance
We do not take responsibility for any damage to packages that were not sent with insurance. So it is strongly recommended that you pay to insure your item!!!
We do REQUIRE that you
report ANY damage within 24 hours of receiving delivery in order to be
covered under our insurance policy.
Payment Options
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover via
Paypal. Please keep in mind that standard Paypal orders are preferred
to protect you as the consumer and us as the seller.
Please make the payment within 7 days after winning the auction. Orders not paid in 7 consecutive days will be canceled automatically without notice.
Warranty
NEW PRODUCTS: Brand New products carry their full factory
manufacture warranty, usually 1 year; however, it will vary by the
products.
FACTORY REFURBISHED PRODUCTS: Factory refurbished products normally
carry 30 – 90 days full warranty by their manufacture, however, this
will vary by the product.
We always post the warranty of every product on their respective
postings. We also make available as an option to you for purchase an
extended warranty for our products with www.squaretrade.com
All
sales are final. Warranty provided via advertised warranty provider.
Seller will assist in the replacement with the manufacturer only if item is defective within
the warranty conditions
Sales Tax
Florida residents pay 7.00% sales tax
Defective / Non-working Product Policy:
If a product has no physical damage but is defective or is not
working properly then the manufacture warranty will cover it. You
should review the warranty card inside your product for a service
center location near you. Most service centers will offer in home
service.
The buyer will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
Return Shipping
Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our store) is
like or comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning
an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any
return shipping cost. What Are Refurbished Units?
Refurbished
products are typically pre-owned products that undergo the
manufacturer's strict reconditioning process prior to being offered for
sale. These products have been returned by customers under the
manufacturer's Return and Refund Policies. Rest assured that
refurbished products meet each manufacturer's high quality standards
and that only genuine manufacturer's components are used during the
reconditioning process. Each unit is tested and goes through a rigorous
cleaning and inspection process. The unit is repackaged
in a sealed box with the appropriate manuals and all necessary accessories.
Finally, the unit is placed in the Final QA inspection process before it is
added to sellable refurbished stock. These units do not leave the
factory until they look and perform exactly as a new unit would.

include a fully functioning unit with complete user documentation.
