Responding to requests from education, government and corporate customers for a full-featured, powerful and  audiovisual solution, Sharp Electronics Corp.  introduced the Notevision C50 projector (XG-C50X). With 3000 ANSI Lumens brightness, native XGA resolution, a slim 11.2 lb. attache-case design and a host of new imaging features The Notevision C50's innovative technology enhancements make presentations more vivid and easier to deliver. C50 breakthroughs include an industry-first "L" type optical system, resulting in higher brightness and improved imaging. A lamp save mode reduces cost of ownership by increasing lamp life when lower power mode is used. The Notevision C50 features an individual cooling system for each of the three LCD panels, lowering fan noise and increasing the panels' lifespan, while the C50's new lens system allows for simple lens changeover to the optional Short Throw lens The Notevision C50 weighs 11.2 lbs. and features a slim, attractive attache-case design measuring 15.4-inches W x 3.9-inches H x 11.6-inches D. The model is simple to operate, with an easy three-step set-up and shut-down process, and operates at a quiet 36 dB (33 db in Power Save Mode). The C50 offers separate S-video and composite inputs and two separate RGB / COMPONENT VIDEO inputs, including loop out capability - ideal for users who wish to face their audience while presenting. The model boasts such features as Sharp's exclusive CV-IC System II, a Sharp-developed image-processing chip. The CV-IC System II chip cleans up jagged edges, minimizes image noise and implements keystone corrections, resulting in impressively crisp, clear images. A built-in sRGB color management system - and individual adjustments for red, green, blue, cyan, yellow or magenta - sharpens the Notevision C50's color output, contrast and gradation.  The Notevision C50's automatic and manual image-adjustment features let presenters fine-tune images to ensure the sharpest presentations. Sharp's autoSYNC feature automatically adjusts computer images without having to access the projector's menu system, and Advanced ImageACE Resizing automatically adjusts different source resolutions to match the projector's native resolution, enabling the projector to handle images up to UXGA resolutions and various Macintosh and electronic workstation data signals as well. NTSC, PAL, SECAM and HDTV video signals are also handled through the projector's video inputs. The C50 features digital keystone correction with edge smoothing to remove an effect that may cause projected images to appear trapezoidal, but unlike optical correction, this technique squares the edges of an image while maintaining brightness and image quality.

YOU CAN CHOOSE ANY SCREEN SIZE BETWEEN 40 Inches all the way to 300 INCHES, all in breathtaking HIGH DEFINITION VIEWING. This projector is easily seen in a large well lighted room. When looking at the pictures please keep in mind that it is very difficult to photograph a projectors image and the pictures do NOT do this projector justice.
