PRODUCT4U LLC posts its listings only for products that we know are in stock and available in sufficient quantity at the time of posting. The availability of posted products is checked on a daily basis (Checking on a daily basis means that every posted item, including the item you (buyer) are currently looking at, is in stock and available for sale as of the current day at 10:00 am central standard time. As soon as it is discovered that an item is not in stock, its listing is removed immediately.Unfortunately, the quantity of products in stock may change every minute and in spite of all our efforts to avoid backorders, we occasionally have to deal with them. A product can occasionally fall on backorder when you (buyer) purchase a particular item from us (PRODUCT4U LLC). If this happens, you will be notified of a backorder through email within 1-2 business days of a payment being received (It will be done as soon as we are aware of the backorder delay). We will do everything we can to provide you (buyer) with an estimated lead time.
At this point you (buyer) will have two options:
To keep item on backorder (1-3 weeks, depending on the product) and receive it as soon as it becomes available. (A lead time of more than 3 weeks means that our vendor ran into a problem getting the product from the manufacturer. This is a very rare scenario). PRODUCT4U LLC (product_for_you@yahoo.com) must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. All D.O.As are replaced to you (buyer) at no additional charge. It will be assigned a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number, and will then be issued a Call Tag/Pick Up for the pick up and return of the product at no charge to you (buyer). A return address will be provided. The RMA number must be visible on the exterior of the box and written on the shipping label, not on the shipping box or the manufacturer's box. The unit will be inspected/tested upon its return.
A full refund, including original outbound shipping cost, will be issued, or a replacement will be provided at no additional cost to you (buyer) at your (buyer?s) preference upon the return of the merchandise and completion of the inspection process.
If the unit is found after the return not to be a D.O.A, you (buyer) will be charged up to 20% restocking fee and the original outbound and return freight (shipping) costs. In addition to this fee, a pro-rated charge (up to 100%) will be assessed for items that are returned incomplete or with non-resalable parts.
After 48 hours, the unit will be treated as Defective instead of a D.O.A. and you (buyer) will have to contact the manufacturer to get warranty coverage (for more details see the ?Defective Refund/Replacement? section below.)
Defective Refund/Replacement
(Once unit has been used)
This product is brand new, shipped directly from a manufacturer distributor?s warehouse and is backed by a Limited Manufacturer Warranty. For defective products, please carefully review the Limited Manufacturer Warranty, which can usually be found in an owner?s manual that is included in the product package. Contact the manufacturer to get warranty coverage (usually a manufacturer will refer you (buyer) to their authorized service centers if they are available in your (buyer) area.) PRODUCT4U LLC does not handle manufacturer warranty issues, so all product problems that are covered under the manufacturer warranty are solely between the manufacturer and you (buyer).
If a unit is deemed defective and not repairable by a manufacturer authorized service center, please contact PRODUCT4U LLC at product_for_you@yahoo.com. Copies of the service centers work orders must be e-mailed or faxed to us (PRODUCT4U LLC) showing that the unit is non-repairable (Fax number will be provided upon request). If there is not a service center available or the unit is deemed non-repairable, it will be assigned a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number then will be issued a Call Tag/Pick Up for the pick up and return of the product at no charge to you (buyer). A return address will be provided. The RMA number must be visible on the exterior of the box and written on the shipping label, not on the shipping box or the manufacturer's box. The unit must be returned in its original packaging, including accessories, manuals, warranty cards, etc. The unit will be tested upon its return.
A full refund, including the original outbound shipping cost will be issued or a replacement will be provided at no additional cost to you (buyer) at your (buyer?s) preference upon the return of the merchandise and completion of the inspection process.
If the unit is found not to be defective after the return, you (buyer) will be charged up to 20% restocking fee and the original outbound and return freight (shipping) costs. Damaged in shipment (New unit found damaged)
Return for Refund or Replacement
All shipments must be thoroughly inspected and, if you (buyer) find that merchandise is damaged in shipment, PRODUCT4U LLC must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the unit to qualify for a refund or replacement unit. A detailed description of the damage must be provided. Any report after the 48 hours will not be honored.
Once PRODUCT4U LLC has been made aware of the damage, the carrier will be notified. The unit should be available for inspection by the carrier if the carrier chooses to inspect it. The original packaging must be kept for this inspection. If the original packaging is not available and the claim is instantly denied by the carrier for that reason, PRODUCT4U LLC will also deny the claim. It will be assigned a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number will then be issued a Call Tag/Pick Up for the pick up of the product. A return address will be provided. The RMA number must be visible on the exterior of the box
and written on the shipping label, not on the shipping box or the manufacturer's box.
A damaged item will be picked up at no charge to you (buyer). The unit must be returned in its original packaging including accessories, manuals, warranty cards, etc.A full refund including the original outbound shipping cost will be issued or a replacement unit will be provided at no additional cost to you (buyer) at your (buyer?s) preference upon the return of the merchandise.
Refused/Rejected Shipments
If you (the buyer) refuse/reject a shipment of this product for any reason other than ?Damaged in shipment? (see above), your S&H charges will not be refunded, and you (the buyer) may be responsible for any return shipping charges and up to 20% restocking fee.

You (buyer) may change your mind on a product purchased within 3 days from the time of receipt. A buyer remorse RMA request must be e-mailed to PRODUCT4U LLC at product_for_you@yahoo.com. A restocking fee up to 20% will charged on all returned units. The unit must be returned in its original packaging with accessories. The product must be unopened, and new, not used. In addition to this fee, a pro-rated charge (up to 100%) will be assessed for items that are returned incomplete or with non-resalable parts. Once the unit is ready for pick up, a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number will be assigned. The RMA number must be visible on the exterior of the box and written on the shipping label, not on the shipping box or the manufacturer's box. You (buyer) are responsible for all shipping charges on a returned unit. A full refund will be issued, excluding shipping cost and the restocking fee, upon the return of the merchandise. If PRODUCT4U LLC is requested to pick up the unit, all shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Error in Shipment
If the product delivered to you (buyer) is not the product as purchased, you (buyer) may choose to return the unused product for a full refund including the shipping cost, or exchange it for the product originally purchased. PRODUCT4U LLC (product_for_you@yahoo.com) must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. A product shipped in error must be returned within ten (10) days following the receipt of the product by you (buyer). It will be assigned a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number then will be issued a Call tag/Pick up for the pick up and return of the product at no charge to you (buyer). WAIVER/SEVERABILITY:
