On most auctions we use flat rate shipping & it is clearly posted above. Please if you do not like the shipping cost, do not bid. I would rather not sell it than to take a hit to my shipping rating. All of our items ship with Delivery confirmation and links for that are located on the paypal site.
Combined Shipping policy We offer combined shipping as long as you pay for the items together. If you buy more than one item we will send you an invoice with the discounted amount.
International Shipping Sorry at this time we can not ship outside the USA due to ebay/paypal policies that make fraud a major issue. Hopefully in the future ebay will revise its polocies so we can do business internationally again. Contact information Always use the ebay messenger service instead of e-mail to contact us please, We check the ebay messages far more often. Simply go to the auction in question and click the "Ask seller a question" link. This way we get A link to the auction with your question and that makes it much easier to help you. Most messages are answered in 48 hrs but please do not expect a response on the weekend. Payment information Payment must be made within 7 days of auctions close. Due to new ebay policy we only accept Paypal. We usually ship on the next business day after payment is recieved. Problems or concerns When there is an issue with an order we will do our best to make it right. Simply message us and give us 2 business days to respond (we usually respond much quicker). If you choose not to contact us and instead go straight to feedback do not expect any help with a lost item because just as ebay warns you when you leave a negative you are in effect saying you have exhausted all possible remedies and there is nothing left to try. We would of course prefer to work things out ourselves that could mean a replacement for a lost item or A refund or exchange on a damaged item. Simply contact us and we will investigate the issue and get back to you. We have lots of similar items available on ebay so be sure to take a look and take advantage of savings with combined shipping. |
