Let's talk money!  At the end of the auction, the buyer will owe the final bid price plus 1/2 of the $300 closing fee charged by Timeshare Transfer Inc. of Vero Beach, an independent, bonded and insured closing agent.  The seller will pay the other half of Timeshare Transfer's fee. The buyer will also need to remit the 2010 annual maintenance fee of $794.25 to ensure Starwood will process the transfer.

    This is a GREAT resort!  Where else can you get a 2-bedroom, luxury unit located within one mile of Disney World's main gate for just a little over $100/night?  My family has many wonderful memories of our vacations here, but, alas ... the kids have finally outgrown Disney and now want to travel to exotic islands and faraway lands!  But, I own another unit and I'm keeping that one to create the same wonderful memories for my future grandchildren!  :-)
