- Lakeside Reels ships most all items by USPS Priority Mail 2-3 days so you can get your item much faster!
- International shipping times are estimated at 6-10 business days but can take longer going through customs in each country.
- All
individual items shipped by weight are determined by your location.

Shipping Insurance
- U.S. shipping insurance is optional for items up to $250.
- Lakeside Reels is NOT responsible for damage or loss if you do not purchase shipping insurance. No Exceptions!
- Any shipment valued at $250 and higher is required to be insured and have signature confirmation.
- International
shipping will have included or required insurance on all items and must
have signature confirmation for shipments $250 and over.
International Import Taxes
- All international buyers are responsible for knowing and paying import taxes for their purchase.

Return Policy
- Lakeside
Reels will refund the full purchase price minus shipping (after
inspection) of any item that is found to have a manufacturers defect.
- Buyer must contact Lakeside Reels within 3 days of receiving item if there is a problem.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Returned items must be in brand new, unused condition including all accessories, containers, and paper work.
- For problems detected after 3 days of receiving item, buyer must go through manufacturer's warranty policy - No Exceptions!
- Any item that was lost/damaged in shipping and was NOT insured is the buyers responsibility.
- If a wrong item was sent to you, Lakeside Reels will exchange the item and pay for all return shipping charges.
