These are the bearings and cups that thread into your frame for use with the new Ultegra SL 10 Speed crankset. The bearings themselves will actually be outside of your frame, one reason why the 10-speed drivetrain rides with such sublime stiffness. This unit is compatible with both Double and Triple Ultegra-10 cranksets.
