We sell Region One DVDs. These are meant for play in North American players. Some players may be equipped to play mutiple regions.

How do I pay with credit card?

How soon do I need to pay for the item?
Payment is due within 10 days of winning the item. Please go through the checkout process at the time of bidding or buying this item.
How does the free shipping on each additional item work?
You can buy as many items as you want for a flat $4.95. The more you buy, the more you save on shipping! You must use our checkout system to take advantage of this offer and items must be paid together at once. Some extremely large items are excluded from this offer and it is only valid to ordersshipped within the United States.
How do I combine shipping?
After you have bid or bought all the items you wish to purchase complete the checkout process. Once you have completed the checkout, you will not be able to combine additional items. No exceptions.
Do I pay sales tax?
Only if you are an Iowa resident. The sales tax amount is 7% for items shipped within Iowa.
What if my item hasn't arrived?
Most items arrive within 10 days of us receiving payment. If your item has been lost in transit we will send a replacement after minimum transit time of 28 days has elapsed. We use delivery confirmation on all orders and cannot send replacements on orders that are reported as delivered.
