- DOA or defective items will be returned and replaced (we do reserve the right to issue a refund for any promotional priced, or close out priced items). ALL DOA ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RECEIPT.......there are no exceptions to this, as you have a full manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in the product, so please check your item promptly upon receiving your package. Email us with your issue, and we will respond with a Return Authorization Number. Please keep in mind that International Customers are responsible for return shipping, and if item is uninsured by the buyer, and if shipping damage occurs, they are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.
- If you dissatisfied with the item, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or replacement at our discretion, MINUS all shipping costs, provided that the item is in its original packaging with all accessories.
