• For Buy it now items, please notify us immediately if you want to request combine shipment discount for multiple different items and we offer up to $7.00 discount for 2nd and after orders.

• All orders will only be processed on working days from Monday to Friday 0900AM-0530PM (Pacific Time). We will not process order or send email on weekends and holidays.

• All orders placed with Shipping address in California are subject to 8.25% sales tax.

• Now we only accept Paypal. Please forward payment via Paypal to ebay@us.shuttle.com .
• Payment must be received in 7 days of auction close date. Product availability or quantity will not be guaranteed after 7 days.
• For unpaid products, we will file non-paying buyer if no notification received in 7 days after the auction close date and we reserve the right to resell the products.

• All Sales are Final unless products are found to be damaged and defective and we must be notified of the situation within 3 days.
• No return, refunds or exchanges are allowed after 14 days from the date on Shuttle invoice.
• A restocking fee equal to 20% of the purchase price will be charged on any opened item, unless the item is defective and exchanged for the exact same item. The 20% restocking fee will be assessed at the time of refund or exchange.
• Shipping and Handling charge is NOT refundable on any circumstances.
• You are responsible for shipping the system back to Shuttle Store Returns Department and for the costs associated with that shipment.
• It is important that you return everything on your order, and that it is in its original packaging, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.

• Motherboards & New XPC barebones:
  12 months limited warranty based on Shuttle invoice date.
• Refurbished/Repacked products:
  90 days limited warranty based on Shuttle invoice date.
• Shuttle Monitor:
  24 months limited warranty based on Shuttle invoice date.
