This 8" Tall Sid Bear is just tooooo cute. When you squeeze his paw and he says “I Loooove Chocolate!” He's a real charmer, sure to delight anyone or everyone on your gift list or maybe just a really cool toy for you to play with yourself. All of the toys listed in my auctions are NEW and have been stored in manufacturer's packaging prior to being sold.

I accept Paypal payments from verified members with confirmed addresses. You can either charge your purchase by using one of the many credit cards handled by Paypal or you can make a direct cash transfer/debit from your checking account. I do not accept e-checks because they require an excessive amount of time to clear. If payment is not posted by five days from end of auction, I reserve the right to relist item and report the winning bidder to Ebay for nonpayment. Please email me and let me know if you are not able to pay within five days and require additional time to post payment - I do make exceptions on a case by case basis. Please be considerate, don't bid unless you want the item and are ready to pay for it.

The total I charge for shipping is the ACTUAL cost to ship your package. I don't think it is fair to charge customers outrageously high shipping charges in an effort to add a few extra dollars to the amount they are already paying for the auction. I ship the same day I receive payment if payment is received by noon via USPS First Class Mail if your package is less than 13 ounces because it is by far the least expensive service to use (if payment is received late in the day your package will ship the next morning). Items of moderate weight are shipped by Priority Mail, and very heavy items by Federal Express. I will always be happy to combine shipping charges on multiple purchases because it is less expensive for you. Purchase of insurance is the choice of the buyer but I recommend it since I can't be responsible for items once they are shipped. PLEASE REALIZE THAT IF YOU DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE I CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO YOUR PACKAGE OR LOSS BY THE POSTAL SERVICE.

Because of the circumstances and the nature of the items listed I do not accept returns and do not issue refunds. If you have any questions or would like additional photos, please email your request. I check email several times a day and will get back to you very quickly. Of course, if I have made an error in the listing or shipping, I will certainly give you a total refund of all monies paid, including all shipping charges. Otherwise, sales should always be considered final.

After many years of living the "American Dream" I have had to close a business I dearly loved for health reasons. I will be listing stock, supplies, and equipment for sale here on Ebay. The candy molds are all in very good condition, many are new. I will also be listing packaging supplies, cello bags for wrapping chocolates, bows, ribbons, silk flowers and lots of other specialty supplies and materials for putting together gift baskets and floral arrangements. If you don't see what you are looking for listed that might be used in that type of business, please ask - I may have it tucked away somewhere. I do my very best to treat all I deal with in the same manner I like to be treated in. I also do my very best to accurately and honestly represent all items I list for sale. Since judgment is subjective and our opinions may not necessarily be the same, I take photographs of each item being offered for sale so that your own inspection will be the determining factor when you decide to bid.
