We will only accept a return if the item is drastically different from the photo. The item must be unused and in the original packaging. You must first contact us for an authorisation via email with a detailed explanation of the problem. If it is a defect in the product then the manufacturer should be contacted directly, all items must be returned within 10 days of receipt for a full refund minus shipping.
