Return and warranty policy:
Defective products within 15 days from the date of your winning item are offered a Brand new exchange item. We will be responsible for only shipping charges for sending the new replacement, not the return charge.  
All other faulty items after the 15 days exchange period are covered for 180 Days manufacturing warranty. However after 15 days period all shipping charges are the buyer's expense. 
If Item is defective and not working, please report the item to us immediately in order to receive an RMA number. The RMA number must be included in the return package in order for replacement or repairs to take place. 
Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyer's expense plus a surcharge fee of 25%. 
Only if a replacement is not available, will then a refund be issued in the form of the original payment method. 
We reserve the right not to refund S&H when the item has been posted
