This Silk Painting has been in my family since the 50s.  The Silk Painting is in  OK shape.  In the upper right and left-hand corners are spots were the silk had been glued to the matting.   The matting is in poor shape.  Never has been framed.  The actual affect of the painting is charming.  The artist's signature appears in the second picture above.  I combine S and H.
