engraved exactly as requested. Can be personalized with 1 line of 12
characters. The more characters you request, the smaller the engraving
will be. If we are uncertain as to your intentions, we will contact you
for clarification before we process your order.

of Font - The following
fonts can be engraved on this item. Please specify your desired font when
sending your engraving instructions. If you do not specify a font, the default
font for that item will be used. Click on a font name to view the entire

HOW TO PROVIDE
YOUR ENGRAVING INSTRUCTIONS
After your auction ends, you must provide us
with engraving instructions for your items, before we can begin processing
your order. You can provide us with the engraving instructions for your items
in the following ways:
- Type your engraving instructions in the NOTES
/ SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS message box during eBay or PayPal
checkout.
- You can also email us with your engraving
instructions at sales@myengravedgifts.com.
Please be sure to include your winning auction number in the email as
well.
When sending your engraving instructions,
please be sure to check for spelling and grammar. We are not responsible for
spelling mistakes on your part. Your items will be engraved with this
information, exactly as you provide it to us.
If requesting a monogram, the initials will be
engraved in the exact order you provide them to us. We do not reorder initials
for you. All initials will be engraved the same size. If you would like the
middle initial made larger, please specify this when ordering.
If you do not specify a font when providing
your engraving instructions, we will engrave your items with the default font
for that item. Available fonts are listed in the item description.
* - Monograms
are limited to a maximum of 3 characters! Monograms will be engraved in the
exact order requested. When placing your order, be sure to enter the
characters in the same order you would like them engraved on your item.
PROCESSING TIMES
Processing times are the time it will take to
engrave and ship your order. Processing times begin once full payment and
engraving instructions have been received. After shipment, standard delivery
times will apply. For orders of multiple items, the longest processing time
will apply. Processing times may be longer than stated during busy holiday
seasons.

DAMAGED /
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Time is of the essence: Any broken
items, defective merchandise or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours
of receipt. Claims will not be honored after this period! Broken or Defective
Merchandise may only be exchanged for the same item, we do not offer refunds. Please
note: If you do not purchase insurance for your order, we cannot be held
responsible for damaged merchandise, and no claims will be honored.
Due to the nature of the Glass and Ceramic
production process, slight variations and small imperfections are not
considered flaws. Variation in materials, production equipment and firing
temperature may result in variations in size, shape, glaze color, etc. These
conditions are within acceptable industry standards and are not considered
defective.
