Shipping is to your home curbside. In the home delivery is available for an additional fee if interested. The shipper will call you in advance to set up a delivery time that works for you. Please have someone there to help off load the truck when they arrive. Your mattress ships inside of a 4Mil Thick Mattress Bag inside of a custom made cardboard box for ultimate protection! Shipping times vary depending on location.
