We want to be there for the good times on the water and if the times are not so good we will be there with plenty of advice. Most items we have in stock and can ship within three business days. Few times the item has to be ordered and we will let you know so your timetable is met. We ship worldwide and will charge exactly what it cost us to ship your item. Loomis, Thomas & Thomas,Winston, Redington, St Croix, Sage , TFO Fly Rods. We sell fly fishing reels from Ross, Abel, Tibor, Sage, Waterworks/Lamson, Galvan, Nautilus, G Loomis and Teton. We carry the best in waders and clothing from Simms and Cloudveil. You know you enjoy your time on the water we want to make it better! We have tried our very best to provide all the items necessary for a fun day on the water but if you don't see the item you are looking for please give us a call or drop us an email and we will do everything we can to get you that product. CUSTOMER SERVICE : We have been selling top quality fishing equipment for the everyday angler for fourteen years. We have built a loyal following on E Bay since 2001 and have learned some valuable lessons along the way. One, the customer is not always right but they pay our bills so we had better treat them like they are right! Two, sell the best stuff money can buy at a reasonable price and the customer will come back for more. Three, if for any reason you are not happy with your experience with us we had better make it right! Forth, you can reach us six days a week from 9 AM to 6 PM mountain time and we can exchange fishing stories. 208-454-8188. Lastly, we offer a trade in policy on just about anything of value towards that new equipment the wife tells you that you cannot have. This way it will not show up on any statements! RETURN POLICY: Here at Angler's Habitat we know that every purchase might not be the right one so here are some guidelines if you wish to return the product. 1) The product has to be unused with all packaging and labels. 2) If it is the wrong item sent by us we will pay for the return shipping if not the shipping needs to be paid by you. 3) All items need to be returned to us within thirty days from the day you receive the item. 4) Wrong size, we will gladly exchange the item.
