Build a reliable 5, 10, or 15hp single to three-phase converter. Model E or T, see features http://www.eurotech.co.nz. This auction is for an experienced electrician or for someone who understands safety requirements and wiring diagrams. You will need parts: A standard 2-pole motor 5 or 10 or 15hp, motor run capacitors, appliances wire, connector blocks, soft motor mounts, a safe sheet metal enclosure and one of our digital controllers. Build a converter for 207V - 240V single phase supply voltage. Output will be three-phase 207V- 240V 60Hz. Run machines with electric motors, CNC machines, welders, precision lathes, milling machines, resistive loads (heater), practically anything three-phase. T keeps phase voltages symmetrical: power quality as good as utility supplied. Use it for workshop or farm. Run metal or woodworking machines, hoist, crusher, pump, refrigeration system. One or many machines or motors. Unique features: Zero crossing capacitor switching, flying restarts (motor re-synchronisation), self protecting power electronics, automatic power factor correction (in T). Plans come via email. We assume you have good knowledge in building switchboards, electrical machines or control panels. If not, install the parts into an electrical enclosure and ask an electrician to finish the wiring. After you made one converter and find it performs well, make more and start or expand a business by selling superior converters. Our controllers are available in sizes 4 - 160kW, for 50Hz and 60Hz networks, for outputs 3x 230V 3x 400V 3x 480V. This auction here is for five plans and four pages of instructions: E4 and T4 (4kW=5hp), E8 and T8 (8kW=10hp), T12 (12kW=15hp), delivered as email attachments. Includes pre- and post sales support via phone or email until your converter project is successfully completed (max. one year). After winning this auction: one controller of your choice can be purchased at the quantity 5+ level with a free set of all discharge resistors (valid between Aug and Dec 2008). If you cannot build this and don't know anyone who could: we may be able to let you know who in your neighbourhood could supply a finished converter of your choice. planset60
