Ring Sizing Information
Due to the extreme durability of titanium as an element, it is extremely difficult to resize titanium rings. We recommend you confirm your ring size before purchasing. An international ring sizing chart is provided below to help with conversion. If you order a ring and find it is the wrong size, you may exchange it in accordance with our returns policy.

Shipping/Postage Policy: We are proud to offer free postage worldwide through standard international post (7-14 business days). Items will be posted within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment. FedEx International Priority (2-4 business days) is also available for $29.99USD.
Please note: The above shipping times are correct for most of the year, however they can vary significantly throughout holiday periods. If you are counting on an item for a special occasion, we suggest buying nice and early to avoid any possibility of disappointment. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible, but once the item is in the hands of the shipping company, it is out of ours!

Returns/Exchange Policy: We realise that buying off the internet from some eBay sellers can be a risky business, but not when buying from us. We do our best to ensure that you are taken care of before, during and after the sale. We take great care when inspecting, packing and shipping your items, so it is very unlikely you will ever need to return an item at all, but here are our policies should you ever need to.
"What if the item is not as described?" - If the item is not as described, you may return* it to us for a full refund of the purchase price, no questions asked.
"What if the item has been damaged in transit?" - If an item is damaged in transit, simply return* the ring and we will organise a replacement to be sent to you.
"What if I buy the wrong sized ring?" - If you receive an Intense Titanium ring, and you find that you have purchased an incorrect size, you may return* it to us and exchange it for another size (if available) for a flat fee of $7USD. This fee includes restocking, as well as return postage and handling for the replacement ring. Please see below for options should the correct size not be available.
"What if I have ordered the wrong sized ring, and the size I need isn't available?" - If the correct size is not available, we will work with you to find another suitable ring style in the correct size. This service is subject to availability and is at our discretion. Should a suitable exchange be agreed upon, you may return* the ring to be exchanged. There will be a flat fee of $7USD. This fee includes restocking, as well as return postage and handling for the replacement ring. If no suitable replacement can be found, you may return the ring for a refund less an $7USD fee that covers restocking costs.
"What if I receive the item and have changed my mind about the purchase?" - If you change your mind about the item once received, you may return* it for a refund of the original purchase price minus an $7USD fee for restocking.
* Please note:- We can only accept returns that are in "original" condition. This is the condition in which you first receive the item, including damaged items. We ask that as soon as you are aware that you will need to return the ring, you place it back into the jewellery bag provided, then contact us. Our returns/exchanges policies are designed to assist genuine concerns in any way we can, as such, any abuse of these policies will not be tolerated.
