Store Policies Customer Service – We are committed to providing the best possible shopping experience and product to all of our customers. We strongly encouraged good communication amongst buyer and seller. We will gladly answer any questions that our buyers may have. If you have any questions or concerns about our policies, please contact us. Payments – All payments are expected to be made within 4 days of an item’s purchase. Any and all items that are not paid within this time will be re-listed for sale, unless the buyer contacts the seller with an approximate (later) date that payment can be expected. Unpaid Items – An “unpaid item dispute” will be opened against any buyer who does not pay for any and all items purchased by that buyer. This dispute goes on the buyer’s record and disables a buyer in many negative ways. Please do not purchase an item unless you are absolutely confident that you can pay for the item within 4 days, unless the buyer contacts the seller with a definite later payment date and that the seller accepts that date. Shipping – All items are shipped out within 24 hours of payment received. Most items are shipped out within 3 hours of payment received. Packages have an average arrival time of 2 days. CA residents generally receive their item within 1 day. All packages are shipped out via United States Postal Service. Heavier items will be shipped out via UPS 3-4 day ground shipping service, and it will be stated within the description. Lost Or Stolen Packages – If an item’s tracking information states that the item was delivered, then we can not be held responsible if the package is unaccounted for by the buyer. After a postal carrier delivers the buyer’s package(s)/item(s), we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced package(s)/item(s). If you feel that your package may be at risk of being misplaced or stolen, please make special pick up arrangements with your local postal office. We are accountable for all packages that are lost, stolen or misplaced in transit. Sometimes, but rarely, packages arrive at a later date because the carrier, generally USPS, holds some packages for security inspections, so refunds for lost packages will be given after 30 days of item’s shipment. Forms Of Payments – For security purposes, we can only accept PayPal payments. Local Pick-Up – We absolutely do not offer local pick up for any of our items. We only conduct business via the Internet. However, we do offer shipping discounts to certain states. Shipping Discounts – We offer shipping discounts to all CA, AZ, NV, NM, OR, CO, UT, and WA residents, but only upon request and before the buyer’s payment is made, and only on items that have shipping prices of $7.00 and up. Please email us with your postal zip code and title of what item you wish to purchase for a quoted discounted shipping price. Returns & Refunds – We do not offer refunds. Refunds are only issued to buyers that are not at fault for an error within the transaction (e.g. receive the wrong item). Likewise, we do not offer returns, especially on shoes/clothing/items that do not fit. International Shipping – We offer international shipping to almost all countries. Please contact seller for all international shipping prices. International packages arrive within 6-10 days. All packages are shipped out by the United States Postal Service. We are not responsible for any fees that may be associated with the delivery of an item to a country other than the United States. Combined Shipping – We do offer combined shipping on most of our items. Please contact seller with the names of the items that will be included within the combined shipping for a quoted price. The majority of combined shipping orders are shipped out via UPS ground service delivery. Packaging – To maintain the lowest possible shipping price, all shoeboxes are wrapped in a USPS heavy-duty “tyvek” shipping paper. All other items are shipped out in a box, tube, or tyvek envelope. |
