It has been brought to our attention that sometimes we are missing messages from customers before we ship. So we will be shipping on a regular schedule from now on. We will ship on Monday and Thursday from now on and this will give us time to process any special requests. As long as your order is paid by 9 am on shipping day it can be assumed that it will go out that day. Anything being paid after 9 am will be shipped the next shipping day

We prefer Paypal. However if you do not have a Paypal account please email us for Payment arrangements.. Only auctions ending within 7 days can be combined and only items paid on one invoice can be shipped together. If However you do have more than one auction ending within 7 days of each other we ask that you let us know so that we may combine shipping where possible.

It has come to our attention that we need to clearly state that we do not lie on customs forms. This is illegal and we will not break the law for anyone. We apologize for any inconvience this may cause you but if this is a problem then PLEASE DO NOT BID! We do everything possible to keep your shipping and handling prices as low as possible and we will only include what you pay as the value on the customs forms. Not the actual value WHICH IS MUCH HIGHER! So Please, If you cannot pay the duties on your package then PLEASE DO NOT BID ON OUR ITEMS! And DO NOT EMBARASS US OR YOU BY ASKING US TO LIE ON THESE FORMS. We will however work with you to package and ship your order the best possible way to save you money if we can. It may be that several orders may fit in one flat rate box and you will only pay for shipping the first item. Or it may be that we need to combine several orders in one box and ship by total weight. It depends on the items. However, We Do Not make money on our shipping. We charge a small handling fee on the first order to help offset some of the packing and selling fees but other than that we charge only what it costs us to ship it to you. We are happy to provide you with a breakdown of the shipping and handling charges of your order upon request.

PLEASE BEAR WITH US WHILE WE SET UP OUR SYSTEM TO COMBINE SHIPPING. We ship a lot of differ type of products and our shipping rates differ drastically between the different types. Please bear with us while we get our system organized. If your shipping is not correct please let us know and we will be happy to correct it.

We want you to 100% happy with your purchase. So you may return your purchase within 7 days of receipt for a complete refund minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping. We do not pay shipping charges. All returned items must be in their original condition in their original packaging. The only exceptions to this is damaged items. In such case you will need to file an insurance claim if they were damaged in shipping and you purchased insurance. This is rare. We have rarely had damaged items reported.

I am a great-grandmother that has built my business over the 2 years on Ebay. This is my full-time job. The only way that I support myself. I purchase these items through a wholesale distributor that buys closeouts and shelf pulls from craft stores. All items are Brand New and in Brand New condition unless stated otherwise. We do occassionally have some items that have cracked cases or damaged wrappings but it will be clearly stated if that is the case.

My daughter , Ragene will be helping out with my business. She has come to work with me and will be managing my business. We will be making a lot of exciting changes in the months to come. We will be expanding our store and opening a web store that will feature handmade arts and crafts.
